How to upload images
Don't get scared, this is quite easy! Some people have already managed to upload their images without any help ;-)

- First, you need to create your own account. You may do this by clicking on "Register" on the top right of the gallery. Please fill the
form, then click on the button "Register".
- Now you can login with your newly created account by clicking on "Login" (top right).
- By clicking on "IOA Stari Grad" (top left) you return to the main page of the gallery.
- Now select the album for the current year.
- Here you can create your own album where you can put all your images. Just click on "Add Album" in the left column. Please provide a
short, unique name (e.g. your login name; this name will not be visible) and a title. All other fields may be left blank or unchanged. Than click on "Create".
The album has been created now and you could change some settings on the following page. Please keep everything as is (especially the picture size limits). To view your (currently empty) album, click on the title of your album on the top left (next to "Gallery").
- While viewing your album you can add images by clicking on "Add Items" in the left column.
- On the following page you can either provide single files from your local computer to upload into the gallery, or you can choose one of the other ways of importing images into the gallery. If you want to upload many images, I recommend using the "Upload Applet". Just click on the grey button on top of the page to open it. (If it does not start up you probably need to install Java on your computer...) With the Upload Applet you can add as many files as you want by clicking on the lower left button (titled "Bilder hinzufügen..." on my German computer). After you are finished selecting the pictures to upload just click on the other button ("Hochladen" on my German computer...). You will now be ask for a password. Do not enter your credentials for your personal account, but for accessing the whole gallery (user name: hvar....).
- Uploading the images itself may take a long time. The server will shrink them automatically if they are too large, this may take additional time. Just have a cup of tea... ;-)
- When uploading is finished the images can be viewed immediately by everyone. That's it!
